Tino Noir

One person.
Discretionary time.
Millions saved.

I build custom AI platforms that replace six-figure vendor contracts — then coach the teams to actually use them. Currently displacing legacy tooling at Fossil Group across their global luxury brand portfolio.

“Thank God somebody's thinking like that.”

I build internal web applications, dynamic campaign engines, and Google Workspace backends that replace legacy vendor bloat. No SaaS subscriptions. No agency retainers. Everything is built 100% around your existing tech stack — custom-built, owned by you, integrated into what you already run.

Fossil PKE Intake Portal & Campaign Engine

How one internal build replaced an entire vendor pipeline.

Product Knowledge deck creation and campaign localization across Fossil Group's luxury brand portfolio took 45–75 days per launch. The process depended on agency retainers, manual cross-team reviews, and fragmented tooling that bled six figures annually.

Manual, slow intake

Product Knowledge content ran on disparate spreadsheets — 45–75 days per build cycle, every season, across multiple brands.

Asset Bottlenecks Causing Delays

Builds stalled waiting on late photography, studio assets, and finalized marketing copy. No visibility into what was outstanding or from who.

visibility_off

Org silos, zero visibility

Cornerstone LMS and Product Knowledge assets sat disconnected from the commercial and sales org. No executive dashboard, no cross-functional alignment.

content_copy

Redundant content creation

Creative, Merchandising, Sales, and L&D each built their own decks, line sheets, and catalogs from scratch — duplicating effort across every launch.

From fragmented to streamlined.

Old Way
45–75 DAYS

Without a design manager or dedicated production staff, all creative, project management, and execution labor fell to two Senior Instructional Designers — one supporting Fossil, Fossil Outlet, and Watch Station, the other supporting all 8 licensed brands. Nearly every step below routes through them.

New Way < 2 MINUTES

The new architecture converts a fragmented, vendor-heavy relay race into a single automated hub that generates 3 immediate deliverables and dispatches 2 automated notification emails — in under 2 minutes.

PKE Intake Portal mobile app walkthrough

I engineered a full-stack PKE Intake Portal on Google Apps Script, Gemini AI, and a Google Sheets backend — replacing the entire external workflow outright.

It automates intake processing, generates dynamic story cards with live previews, tracks asset uploads on a real-time dashboard, builds SCORM packages for Cornerstone, and runs its own localized Translation Memory engine for multi-market rollouts.

One source, many outputs — a single intake generates the SCORM package, product catalog, and sales-ready materials. Built once, reused everywhere.

Audit. Build. Enable. Lead.

ABEL — Audit, Build, Enable, Lead — is the framework behind every engagement. It was developed specifically for fragmented ecosystems: teams running on disconnected tools, duplicated manual work, and no single owner for the systems everyone depends on. Instead of one long rebuild, ABEL runs on agile principles and iterative two-week sprints, so working improvements ship early and the roadmap adjusts as real usage shows what actually needs to change.

The force behind the tech

Tino Noir leading a team coaching session at a whiteboard

I'm Tino Noir — 20+ years across creative direction, UX, instructional design, and enterprise technology. Currently Senior Global Instructional Designer at Fossil Group, where I architect AI-driven automation platforms and learning systems for a portfolio of global luxury brands including Emporio Armani, Diesel, Michael Kors, and Armani Exchange.

I sit at the intersection of technology and human behavior. I build the systems that save enterprises millions, and I make sure the people who need them can actually use them. That combination is rare — most builders don't teach, and most enablement leads don't build.

There's a reason these global brands trust me with the builds that matter most.

Let's talk about what you're building.

If you need someone who builds enterprise AI systems and makes sure your teams actually adopt them — I'd like to hear about the problem.
