Fossil needed a learning experience that actually trained people—not just checked boxes. The old process lacked cohesion, global consistency, and didn’t measure real outcomes.
What I Did:
I overhauled the training strategy from the ground up—migrated over 75 courses across 7 languages into Rise, developed reusable templates, and created onboarding assets used by stores across the globe. I didn’t just build courses—I built systems.
What Happened Next:
Team members across continents now use a single, intuitive learning experience. Store managers can focus on the floor, not fighting a confusing LMS. Sales training became faster, easier to access, and less dependent on a person’s native language.
