Luxury retail associates needed quick, crystal-clear guides on how to operate new watches and deliver exceptional guest experiences, without drowning in a training manual.
What I Did:
I wrote, filmed, and produced a series of branded "How-To" videos covering the Sea Explorer, World Explorer, and Fossil’s G.U.E.S.T. customer experience framework. Every video was scripted to blend product knowledge with brand voice—clean visuals, concise instructions, and polished delivery.
What Happened Next:
Team members were able to onboard faster, train smarter, and confidently demo products with ease. The videos became a go-to resource across retail teams for both product mastery and guest interaction.
